About Trophy Windows

Trophy Windows was started by Craig Hailey and Gene Osborne, who together bring over 60 years of experience in this industry. We originally began as a distributor, but it didn’t take long to see that we could serve our customers better by controlling the process ourselves.

So we built a team—with over 100 years of combined experience—and made the move into manufacturing our own windows. That decision allowed us to improve quality, stay on schedule, and give our customers the level of service they were looking for.

In just 10 years, we grew from a small 1,200 square foot operation to over 200,000 square feet. Today, we’ve got a first-class team supporting customers from order intake to installing screens before closing.
